You will find everything listed below included when you sign up with our billing services. We offer a full service as we understand the struggles between when a claim is submitted and actual payment. So many factors can hinder this process so we created a complete service so that we can ensure the process is done correctly.
Credentialing
Credentialing can be one of the most important aspects of your practice. We make sure you are in the network under the correct taxonomy and specialty. Other aspects included up-to-date information in CAQH and current fee schedules. We work with you to help you obtain the insurance you want to partner with.
Accounts Receivables
Accounts receivable is the number one loss in profit for most providers' offices. There is a limited time to get the claims paid from the time of denial. We have trained our team to work with the providers and insurance companies to help get these claims paid promptly.
Chart Reviews and Risk Assessments
Getting you paid is our number one priority. Insurance companies can be overwhelmed with chart reviews, audits, and risk assessments and can hold up revenue. We offer this service to stay on top of these requests to ensure a steady revenue flow.
Miscellaneous
The only fees not included in the monthly rate are :
- A one-time Set-up fee
- $1.00 per invoice for patient collections to cover postage and supplies. (Optional as most offices mail them out)
- In-house software is $120.00 per user or $25.00 per user for read-only login
